Step 1: The Before Photo: In this step, we capture your state of being before doing the full process. Participants are often shocked at how any apprehension, worry or stress they held prior to starting the process, is transformed into feelings of ease, calm, fulfillment and a sense of a weight being lifted from their bodies. The Before Photo helps us recognize the remarkable transformation you've undergone. You will physically be able to see the changes you have made after the process is complete in your After photo. Changes are seen in stature, body language and tightness in the face and body all melt away. Some say this process is better than Botox, lol (and is much healthier, safer and more permanent!).
Step 2: The Self-Empowerment/ Self-Discovery Work: Using a simple process, we begin to release old patterns that are no longer serving us. Many participants have transformed old wounds caused by divorce, childhood trauma, or simply patterns that limit us in our ability to create the life we want. The tools used in this process also help us to re-connect with our purpose in life and help us to start making self love and care a priority in our lives.
Step 3: The Integration Step- Art creation: A large piece of art is created by each participant in individual sessions (or in a group session, one piece of artwork is created by the group collaboratively). You DO NOT NEED TO BE AN ARTIST to participate!! I cannot re-iterate this enough...the artwork creation is NOT about trying to create a likeness of something or about proving that you are "good" at art. This step helps to integrate the changes that have happened through doing the self-discovery work into our bodies, mind and spirit! Here we are getting out of our heads and moving into our hearts. We are creating art through movement, just painting and moving our bodies and hands wherever they may go, no judgement whatsoever. If you want to draw a likeness of something that represents how you feel, you are welcome to, but it is not necessary. If you don't feel like painting you can write words, thoughts or poems or you can even just do some movemnet or breathing work to integrate the process. There is no expectation for you to create anything specific. This artwork creation is a unique expression of YOU and of how you FEEL after the process. Most people feel free happy, lively, at peace and the art that you make is just an abstract expression of these feelings. This is also a great way to let go of the old story that you are not creative, so many people have this story! Creativity is not nurtured in our society and is oftentimes lost or stifled fairly early in childhood as the judgements about our artistic and creative abilities start. Creating the art is a great way to re-connect with your inner voice and creativity! This is vital in being able to create the life you want and finding your own unique purpose!
Step 4: The After Photo: The Artwork is complete, lets celebrate and document the profound transformation you have made! Participants are photographed in front of their artwork creations, as it now serves as the backdrop for their after photo. What a wonderful memoir and reminder of your inner power, beauty and what you are capable of achieving in your life!
